Lakemoor neighbors — The Capri is the closest sit-down breakfast diner to your neighborhood. Two minutes east on McMillan, family-owned since 1943, real eggs, fresh biscuits, real coffee. The shortest drive in north Meridian to a meal that wasn't pulled out of a freezer.
From most of Lakemoor, head east on McMillan Road. The Capri is at the corner of McMillan and Linder, inside Linder Village, Suite 170, with free parking right at the door. Two to three minutes total. It's the kind of trip you can squeeze in before school drop-off or after a Saturday morning yard project.
Most weekend visits start with the Loaded Biscuits and Gravy — two scratch biscuits, sausage gravy, sharp cheddar, fresh green onions, crispy bacon. Banana bread French toast is a regular table-favorite. Three-egg omelettes built any way you want, pancakes, waffles, eggs Benedict, chicken-fried steak. See the full breakfast menu and the complete menu with prices.
Lakemoor was built around quiet streets and unhurried mornings. The Capri fits the same vibe — booths, counter stools, big windows, the smell of bacon when you walk in. Kitchen crew has been here for years. Servers know regulars. Coffee gets brewed fresh every 30 minutes — never sit-and-burnt. Eggs cracked to order on the flat-top in front of you.
If you're still driving across town for breakfast, you're driving past your neighborhood diner.
Real espresso, lattes, house hot cocoa with real whipped cream. Lunch from 11am — Capri Super Burgers, sandwiches, salads, soup. See the lunch menu. Need to feed an HOA meeting, kids' birthday brunch, or holiday gathering? We cater all over north Meridian.
