Why Eagle locals make the trip

Eagle has its own restaurants, and good ones. The Capri is something different — a real family diner that's been part of Treasure Valley since 1943. Same family, same recipes, same red counter stools. The kind of place where the kitchen crew knows your kid's name by the third visit, the coffee gets brewed every 30 minutes (never sit-and-burnt), and the biscuits get baked off fresh every 45 minutes from dough that's been resting overnight.

If you want a Saturday morning that doesn't feel rushed and doesn't taste corporate, we're worth the 10 minutes.

What to order

The flagship is the Loaded Biscuits and Gravy — two scratch biscuits, sausage gravy, sharp cheddar, fresh green onions, crispy bacon. Banana Bread French Toast made from our own house-baked banana bread. Three-egg omelettes built any way you want. Pancakes, waffles, eggs Benedict, country breakfasts with chicken-fried steak or country ham. See the full breakfast menu and the complete menu with prices.
