Privacy Policy
The Capri Meridian, LLC ("The Capri," "we," "us") runs the restaurant at 1407 W McMillan Rd, Ste 170, Meridian, Idaho 83646 and the website caprimeridian.com. This policy explains what we collect when you order, reserve a table, join our waitlist or rewards program, or talk to us, and what we do with it.
What we collect
Your name, phone number and email address; what you order and when; reservation and waitlist details (party size, time, any notes you give us); and, if you join Capri Rewards, your birthday (month and day). Card payments are handled by our payment processor — we never see or store your full card number. If you tell us where you've parked for curbside pickup, we keep that with your order.
How we use it
To take and prepare your order, tell you when it's ready, hold and confirm your table, let you know when your table is ready, run the rewards program, answer your questions, and keep the records a business is required to keep. We don't sell your information.
Text messages (SMS)
We don't currently send text messages. Since October 4, 2026, order confirmations, receipts, "your food is ready" notices and reservation confirmations go by email, and your live order tracker updates on screen. We use your phone number only to find your order and to call you if we need to.
If we ever offer texts again, they will be optional, sent only with your clear consent, and we'll update this policy first. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Who else sees it
Only the service providers that run parts of the restaurant for us — our payment processor, our email delivery provider, and our website host — and only to do that job. We'll also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
As long as you're a guest and as long as tax and accounting rules require. Ask and we'll delete what we're not legally required to keep.
Your choices

Children
Our online ordering, reservations and rewards are meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page.
